Enjoyed this small hotel, favourable and absolutely perfect location and beautiful rooms. The hotel was a short walk from the beach and near a Chinese temple. The property was set in a busy area.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were kind of rude.

I really liked the charming decoration throughout the hotel. The traditional Thai style and beautiful artwork made me feel like I was immersed in the local culture. The hotel's general areas were also very accessible for senior people like myself. The ramps and handrails made it easy to move around, and the cozy seating areas provided a comfortable space to relax and socialize. It was lovely to see the children working there always ready to assist and make sure everything was taken care of.
If I had to suggest one thing for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more signage and directions around the hotel. Sometimes it was a bit confusing to find my way around, especially when trying to locate the dining area or the rooftop terrace.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right by the water and in front of the beach. It is also conveniently located not far from the night market. the room was small but well-designed, with an empty fridge and effective use of space. the staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and providing useful information. the view from the balcony was breathtaking, allowing us to enjoy the picturesque scenery.
The walls were quite thin, and we could often hear our neighbor's conversations through the wall.

Pros We had a wonderful stay at a cozy homestay in a more village-y part of Hua Hin. the location was perfect, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and stores. We loved being by the water and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the room may have been small, but it was efficiently designed and had everything we needed. the highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the second-floor deck. We could sit, eat, and relax while enjoying the sound of the waves. This homestay truly gave us an authentic Thai experience.
Cons There was nothing we didn't like. 😊.

I had the most wonderful time at the guesthouse by the sea. the staff were more helpful than any other hotel I've stayed in before, even those in Bangkok. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, the Hua Hin Night Market, and the train station. Being near the water and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and stores made it a cozy and convenient spot. the guesthouse was built over the water, which was a unique experience, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Any issue I had was quickly resolved by the amazing staff. I had a great stay. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

I absolutely loved my stay at a cozy guesthouse right on the beach. The view was stunning and I could even hear the soothing sound of the waves in my bed at night. The room, decorated in beautiful Thai wooden style, was small but immaculately clean. The friendly couple running the place were helpful and provided great tips for exploring the area. Plus, they spoke excellent English.
Breakfast items could have been more varied.

Great location with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Rustic and charming atmosphere.- Friendly and accommodating staff.- Enjoyed the soothing sound of the waves during the night.- Affordable bike rental and provided helmets
Thin walls and wooden construction make the rooms very noisy. Noise from staff and other guests can be disruptive, especially if you're a light sleeper.
